to good to be true a chapter 13 that ends in less than 7 months?
Our bar date was March 6th. Our big creditors did charge offs and that left the little ones who did file claims. With attorney and claims it was 3300. Attorney was paid in full last moth. This month the small claims were all paid off. Called the trustee's office to get approval to move into a better rental and they told us we didn't need approval because we were done. All we have to wait for is them to stop taking it out of my paycheck.
Metlife in which we surrendered home only filed a secured claim and will not have time to amend it since they pulled it out of foreclosure.
This is so great. We were paying 1140 a month and it was to go up to 1400 i 13 months and last 12 months it was 1800. This is our best gift (20th anniverary this month.)
