    Discharged!!!!

    Well its official, as of 4/28/2011 we received our discharge!!!
    Thank you for your help and support even though I only just started posting I have been lurking for a while.
    P.S because of incredible timing we do get to keep our tax returns, I followed attorneys advice and filed an extension and just now got off the phone with the IRS and we are officially out of bankruptcy!!!

      Wow, CONGRATULATIONS!!! Getting to the end of a Chapter 13 successfully is quite an accomplishment!
