I usually check pacer about once a month just to see if anything has changed or been filled. Today i saw that on 4/7/2011 there was a new filing it is a Notice of Substitution of Counsel. It is from the firm that represents my first and second mortgage banks. Is this something that I need to worry about or did they just switch lawyers?? Thanks in advance but anytime I see something on pacer I worry LOL
