Case Status changed to "About to Close"

I am just wondering how this is possible - or if it is isn't possible and is simply an error on the NDC website.

I logged in to my account today and saw that my case status was changed to "About to Close". I am only 32 months in to my Chapter 13 and have only paid a little over half of my plan base.

All of my secured and priority claims have been paid, leaving only the unsecure (and the unsecured debtors DID file claims). In my case information it shows the percentage to unsecure as "0", but I know that doesn't really mean anything.

Has anyone else had this happen? If so, what was the outcome?

It would be rare if you were to be allowed to close / discharged with so much time left and nothing paid to the unsecured creditors. I suspect that since your secured creditors are done, and the initial payback was 0%, that it was an automatic "flag". When it is reviewed it will probably be updated to show something going forward being paid to the unsecured creditors now. If that isn't the case, then congrats to you!!

Edited: Just thought of something else..could it be that you are in a 36 month plan and not a 60 month plan?
