I am about to file for a 13. Will I be able to include all judgement that have already been recorded against me? Does it matter how old the judgements are. Any information is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You must list the judgments against you in the Creditor Matrix as well as the debts that they apply to. This is for the purpose of informing the judgment owner that the automatic stay will prevent or stop any collection actions effected by the judgment.
Once your Chapter 13 plan is complete, you will obtain a discharge of all listed debts. This nullifies any judgment relative to the discharged debt. However, money judgments are the province of civil courts, and bankruptcy is Federal. The civil court will have no choice but to vacate or set aside the judgment it imposed, as long as the formal process is followed. This may or may not be included in your attorney's agreement.

So it doesn't matter how old the judgements are? If they are listed then they can be included?

You list everything and everyone that you owe money to, regardless of age or dollar amount. Judgments, accounts, bills, absolutely everything.
If you don't list a debt in your Chapter 13, it can come back to haunt you...All information contained in this post is for informational and amusement purposes only.
Bankruptcy is a process, not an event.......
