Claim on settled debt.

I am a few months into my Ch13 and noticed that a debt that I had settled for 25% a year ealier has a claim listed on National Data Center. Can this be done? It has no bearing on my payment, but if it is a collection violation I wish to collect my penalty.

Not a collection violation per se. Since it is in a chapter 13, your remedy is to object to the proof of claim submitted by the creditor.
