Hello-
I have 29 months left on a ch 13 bk. My husband is going to be making a job change that will force us to move out of state. I filed Bk by myself but our house is in both of our names. We have two mortgages and owe about about 141,000 between both mortgages but because of the housing market in our state our house is maybe worth $110,000....it might even be less. Well what are our options to get out of our house?

You can adjust your plan and surrender the house while in Ch.13. This is something that you'd need to discuss with your attorney, especially because of the fact that you were the only one filing BK while the house is in both names...
