Finally My Turn ! I handed over all the final documentation to my attorney today and she will finalize my paperwork within a day or so and get my 13 filed. It is our intention to change to a 7 and she tells me she is very confident that this will happen based on my numbers/circumstances. I am a little apprehensive but I do feel good about the advise given by my attorney and the great information I have read on this website. I am really looking forward to the end of the collection calls and being able to answer my phone again. I have one collector who went so far as to find my ex husband (divorced 21 years!!) who lives in another state and married #3-she called my family members-and even got the woman who lives across the street telling her she was just checking to make sure I was okay as she thought maybe my phone was working. I will not miss the calls. Wish me luck and will someone tell me how to put the little smileys at the bottom of your posts with the dates as your br progresses?
