Converting a 13 to a 7

Can someone please explain the steps in a conversion? What paperwork has to be updated or re-filed? Will a new 341 be required?

A Notice of Conversion, Statement of Intention, Schedule of Post-Petition Debts, and updated Schedules I & J must be completed. Also, yes, a new 341 with a Chapter 7 Trustee would be conducted.
