Our schedule I has an extra $400.00 of monthly income on it that we do not receive. I've left a message for my attorney. Can this be changed? It has to be changed! Anyone know how long we can expect before this will be modified? Our trustee payment at this point is $410.

Schedule I and J can be amended to rectify the error, but you should do it before confirmation. -
Are you paid bi-weekly by any chance. Those who are paid every two weeks rather than once or twice a month have a different calculation of their income which makes their "monthly average" higher than what is earned each month. This is because there are 2 months of every year where you get 3 paychecks and those extra funds have to be accounted for.

We are bi-weekly but that's not the problem. Income from a temporary job my husband had last year was included. We failed to notice it on the bk paperwork...I know, I know, how could we overlook $400 dollars. To be honest we were so stressed from having to file one week before our forclosure date that we missed it. I'm meeting with my attorney in a week to file an amendment.Comment
