Hi,
I suppose I will have to ask my attorney, but I just wanted to run this by everybody here. I recently found out (well actually 2 yrs ago, but I couldn't afford them) that I need two hearing aids. Of course they are very expensive, probably at least around $1,600 for a pair. I may be able to get a payment plan, but if I do:
1. Is this something I have to ask my lawyer, who then would probably have to ask my trustee?
2. If I ask my attorney, does that usually mean I automatically have to pay him for asking a question? (I know I was "covered" up through the 341, but according to some of my paperwork, it looks like anything else he would have to do, is extra $$.)
3. Then, also I am not "confirmed" on this plan yet. My "last date for amended creditors to file a claim" was March 16. Would it be better to hold off until my plan is confirmed?
Thanks in advance.
