where do i get a copy of the Schedule of Discharged Debtors

We need a copy of the schedule of discharged debtors for a mortgage loan we are discharged this week.
Where can I get a copy of this from? I need it asap and also a signed discharge the one signed by the bankrupcty judge not just the one the attorney sent us in a pdf.

Don't you mean 'Discharged Creditors'? If so, your mailing matrix should suffice, unless you had non-dischargeable items such as IRS, state tax, student loans, court-ordered payments, etc.

what do you mean mailing matrix? not sure what that is. I also need to get a copy of my discharge that is signed by the judge not just the one the attorney emailed us not signed

a copy of your petition lists your creditors and a copy of your discharge order and order of no asset distributions should be enough....

we keep a copy of our petition on our computer......and also on a back up disk along with other "legal" papers.....just in case we needed them on hand for proof...

ron....i'm sorry...i didn't realize you were a chapter 13.........we were a 7....there may be a difference about how and when one is notified....hopefully someone that was in a chapter 13 and discharged can give you more accurate info than i did!!

i just know what happened with our 7....i'm certain someone can better answer this for you..
