    Where to retrieve my schedules?

Where would I get my schedules A-J in my ch13 bk filing? That is, without contacting my attorney....I though I had copies of this but I cannot find anything in my records....

Every other way is a pain, but you can join PACER and pull them yourself for a fee (.08 per page) or you can actually go to the bankruptcy court in person and they can pull them for a fee. Or email your attorney and request them and that is fast and free.

    Good luck

Did you find your case on pacer? You can download the whole filing under the docket report link.

I'm not understanding why your attorney didnt provide you with copies of your entire filing, which includes schedules ?? To go into PACER, you're going to pay for each page - just call your attorney and request the copy that you are entitled to receive.

            Save yourself some $.

I was never given a copy by my attorney either. It really only cost $2.40 to download your entire filing (that is the max they charge per case for docs, so even if it's 100 pages, they still cap it at $2.40 as long as it's just from 1 case). As long as you don't go over $10 for the quarter, you don't have to pay. It's essentially free. I have mine saved on my computer so I can access it at any time with the click of a mouse. Very handy!

wow - that's really odd that some attorneys dont provide copies of what was submitted; i thought it was standard procedure for most.
