chapter 13 conversion to a 7

in december i got laid off the day before my 341 meeting the trustee reduced payments to 100$ a month for three months. he then said that if i did not find work in those 3 months he would agree to a conversion to a 7. by law i can file after 60 days so feb 14 was 60 days and by the time we have a trustee meeting the three months will be up we also have a different trustee now.it sounds like my wife will be out of work also by that time can any body give some feedback or opinions on the possibilities we are looking at will he or won't he allow us to convert i am also a construction worker will that weigh on his mind. i am still over on the means test but that is because i have been out of work for two months in anothe two months i will be under. any thoughts thx

Totality of your circumstances outweigh failing or passing the means test at this point. I convert people from 13 to 7 quite often where there was originally a presumption of abuse. Crap happens (sorry about the job loss) and the court will recognize this.
