Status on Pacer

We signed our paperwork yesterday to file Chap 13. She said it would be electronically filed. When will we start seeing it on Pacer?

Many people can view the information as soon as it is filed. Our district seems to lag about a day or two behind the filing date, but when it posts it does show the correct dates.

My case showed up on Pacer the morning after I filed.

Patience grasshopper. Throughout your bk, remember that bk is a process, not an event. If you're filed and have a case number, being on pacer is really not important to you. Things work in their time, according to the law.

We don't have a case number. I guess maybe that is why I am so anxious. We had a creditor levy our bank account a week ago and we are trying to get it stopped before it is too late. If it isn't already.
