What percent of repay is typical?

I just read a post where the poster is paying 100% back over 29 months. How typical is 100% repay? I know it is based on what your left-over money is, but jeeze.

I don't think its very common Teresa. Maybe other chapter 13 people can advise but I think I am about the only one I have heard from on here that had it and our case was pretty unique.

We will be paying back at 10% of all debt. When we file it will have been 75 days since any action with any of our creditors so we will be able to do 10%. Our monthly payments will be $160.00 per monthfor 4 years

My attorney figured my repayment at 6% for 5 years. And they still are getting more money than they would in a chapter 7!

The one Ch 13 plan we had figured for us was 10% pay back set up over 5 years.

But you gotta remember that the Ch 13 Trustee is gonna get paid out of that too. So it wasn't really 10% to Creditors.

I figure if you take the trustee part out of it, 10 percent turns into 5 percent. Poor cc companies, might only make 40 billion next year.
