My current att. wont do anything, he does'nt do litigation.... I talked to another att. that used to be a chapter 7 trusty, he said he can help me. he exsplained everything that u stated above, and that they are in violation of bk code.. but he cant get me in for 2 weeks. do i need to do anything with my other att. what should i do until he can get me in? I sent my march payment to the banks att. can the bank correct everything and not be held accountable for there mistakes, or can they still be held in contempt. My online statement shows minimum amount due is 10,383.00.. which is more than there proof of claim after 3 years of current payments. any help would be appreciated.

I would certainly speak with your current attorney and see if the other attorney (former Trustee) can be added as additional counsel, or if the current attorney needs to withdraw. I don't know the procedure for your area.
