How long after confirmation does it show on 13DataCenter and PACER?

I had my confirmation hearing 2 weeks ago, but my case is not showing as confirmed in either 13datacenter.com or PACER. I (at least) expected PACER to be updated already. How long should this take?

It really does vary; we filed in March 2010 and werent confirmed until September - but there are others on the forum I've seen that are over a year out from filing and still not confirmed.

You can ask your lawyer how long on average does it take for confirmation in your area; he/she should give a pretty good guesstimate if they know the trustee and how he/she works.

It has been my experience that Pacer updates same day and 13Data is usually over night. Not sure if that varies from Trustee to Trustee though.

Pacer updated the day after confirmation for me. It normally has about a 1-day lag on all my filings. I don't pay attention to 13datacenter though, except to make sure my payments were received, so I don't know when it updated...

It will update when someone updates it. Most trustees are swamped and behind.

I don't rely on Chap13 Data Center for anything other than to see that the trustee received may payment and made disbursements. I'm 9 months into my BK and there is some info on there that still isn't correct. The account ledger is the only thing that is consistently accurate and up to date.

Pacer is what really matters as it is the record of the court. It updates quickly for my court. But, as already pointed out, it all depends on somebody entering the data. If the court is backed up, there will be delays.
