Should I sign up for Pacer?

If so, should I sign up now or after my 341? How can enrollment benefit me?

It is up to you. I signed up before my 341. I like it because it allows me to track what is happening with my case without bugging my attorney all the time.

I signed up for Pacer because it was free (I did not give a credit or debit card # - just waited for my password to come via smail mail) and I can check any aspect of my case easily.
