Question for those in the know....I have completed a fuill year into my 13 and besides Attorney and Trustee fees, is there anything else I can claim having to do with the Chapter 13? I don't think so but just checking...Thanks

From what I know, you can't claim bankruptcy attorney fees on your taxes since the requirement would be that the attorney fees were related to taxes themselves (e.g. a tax attorney). As for the Trustee's administrative fee, I don't think they are deductible from a Chapter 13 perspective.
Let me add that if you're contemplating playing in this area -- with fire -- then I'd highly suggest a tax attorney or qualified CPA who understands the tax law related to deductible attorney fees or taxable income production related fees.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
