My confirmation hearing is/was set for tom. I just got a call from my attorney telling me neither of us have to go. The plan got confirmed. I just need to stay under the radar and keep making my payments. WOOHOO.

5 payments in at $100.00 each.
41 more at $100.00 each.
14 after that at $431.00 each.

I'm getting there - lol.

wow, so it does happen, I filed in October, 341 in December, Objection by the trustee because I am on unemployment, and was told yesterday that he was able to get me case confirmed against the feasibility objection and now awaiting discharge Congrats to you!!

Congrats to you as well. As you know it's a very good feeling, an important step in the process. I had 1 objection but it was quickly resolved. It was over $700.00 or something like that. Congrats again.
