The OP.. It is usually stated in your order..... Mine states all tax refunds, bonuses and pay raises must be reported to trustee immediately. all tax returns must be sent in by may 16th .. or words to that effect.... every trustee is different... so the advise is check your plan ot will state it right there.. if you are very nervous then ask your atty!Filed 7/17/10 1st 341 8/17/10 2nd 341 9/16/10 1st confirmation 10/06/10 2nd confirmation 11/10/10 Bar Date 11/15/10 3rd and final confirmation hearing Dec 8 and acceptance of plan Dec 29 2010....

I have the same question- we received a refund from our 2008 taxes last month since we filed late. I though the refund would go directly to the Trustee but the IRS sent it to us. Our BK was confirmed October 8, 2010 so will I receive a final plan in the mail from the court? I did get a Notice of Claims filed and Intent to Pay Claims on 10/25/2010 but nothing else.Filed Chapter 13 4/9/2010
Confirmed 10/8/2010

Thank you... I looked at my confirmation order and this is the only thing i could find pertaining to taxes, "that the Debtor(s) is/are directed to provide to the Trustee a copy of
each Federal income tax return, and any amendment, at the same time it is filed with the
taxing authority while the case is pending."
It just says provide a copy but says nothing about the refund. I am going to be guided by what my lawyer says. thoughts?
