Just filed and received a notice of hearing for Helec already. Do I need to attend?

Hello all,
I will contact my attorney in the morning but just wondering, I got this noticed that was sent to chase for the value of the second mortgage that will be stripped with a date of a hearing already scheduled, do I need to attend this ? Do the banks even show up?

You probably will not have to appear. Your attorney probably will. The bank will only show up if they think they have a good chance of fighting the strip.
