I remember somewhere being told that if this separation and eventual divorce happens...I will then be a family of 3 with my kids. what is the monthly income for that to qualify for a CH7 in Virginia? I am not sure where to find that? wondering if I will still be forced for the 13 & or will I be released as a CH 7? I think other than my car payt which I pay outside anyhow, I will walk away from this house & have to rent but be done with it...
