    Case confirmed?

    Hi,

    I registered at NDC13.com in order to follow my plan and keep up on what's going on. I'm confused about something. On the site it looks like this

    Date filed - 7/26
    341 - 9/28
    Case confirmed - 11/4

    What does case confirmed mean? I haven't had my confirmation hearing yet which is why I'm a bit confused as to what that means.

    From what I've read here, the accuracy of the info on NDC13 and 13DataCenter varies depending on the trustee. PACER is more reliable because it is the actual record of the court. However, it could be that your local court does not require an actual confirmation hearing if there are no objections to your plan and your trustee recomends confirmation. My plan was confirmed several days after my 341.

      Thank you very much. For some reason I thought Pacer was just a site for people that filed in CA. I will check it out. Thanks again.
