I just had my 341 meeting this morning and the trustees last words were, "I will recommend you for confirmation". Should I take that as a good sign? I was extremely worried about our large car payment but it never came up. Supposedly, my confirmation date is on 12/22, which is next Wed. Do you think everything will be ok? Or, could the bankruptcy judge look at our case further and not side with the Trustee? Btw, I am perfectly happy about our payment plan (0% to unsecured creditors!!!). Thanks!

sounds like you might be home free. We just had the same result this past week. Our attorney said the trustee would draft up the papers, sent to our attorney to sign, and then the judge would sign it and it's a done deal...anyone confirm this process?(10/28/10 - Filed) (12/09/10 - 341), (1/20/11 - Confirmed)

It's a safe assumption that if the Trustee recommends confirmation that the judge will agree and sign off on it.Comment
