Don't really know. Pacer hasn't changed. Still shows awaiting confirmation. Attorneys office said she was in court all day yesterday so I didn't get a call back. Today, court is closed due to weather and the attorneys office is closed also. Hopefully I can get some information tomorrow.
Not too worried. Attorney said the trustee was happy and she didn't see anything the judge could complain about. Maybe tomorrow!Filed Ch 13 10/7/10

Good news.. Mine was on the 5th.. I was just told that my trustee is about a month behind posting/sending confirmation orders....

Got an email from the attorney today. Trustee dropped all her objections and I am confirmed! 3 years worth of payments, and I'm done!
