    Retirment

Can anyone tell me how or if I can get a chap.13 repayment plan amended to reflect the difference in income if I retire?

I would say notify the trustee way in advance to get the ball a-rolling.
Filed August 20 341 on September 23 Report of No Distribution - September 24 Case Discharged and Closed on November 23!!!

Your plan is already confirmed? If so, you file a motion to amend the plan based on change of circumstances and attach the proposed plan to your motion. You serve all the affected creditors and the trustee with a copy. Here, it carries a negative notice, which means that if no one objects within the given time, your amended plan will be confirmed as your new plan.

Same deal as when a debtor becomes unemployed or suffers some loss of wages.
Pay no attention to anything I post. I graduated last in my class from a fly-by-night law school that no longer exists; I never studied or went to class; and I only post on internet forums when I'm too drunk to crawl away from the computer.
