Hi, Pacer status is:
Awaiting Confirmation Hearing 11/24/2010 15 days Meeting of Creditors Held

Confirmation Hearing was last Wednesday. No word yet.

Well, that doesn't help. Some of the courts have their calendars on line with notations on what matters have objections. If you're in Northern CA, try checking your division's calendar at http://www.canb.uscourts.gov/calendars/calendars-menu

Thanks for the link LadyInRed. However, my division calendar only posts future hearings schedules. However I finally found out how to read pacer..I just go to docket report. But the last thing reported was on Dec 7. How long does confirmation happen?
