I'm a yr into a 60 month plan everything is current, a rental property that i have was included in the BK to only reason a can afford it is because is rented, i don't make any extra income, but know my tenants are not paying on time and the property taxes are going up , can i just surrender the property back to bank ? will this affect my credit again? how does it work? help!!!!
