What can I do with equity loan

Hi

I just got my confirming chapter 13 plan

It states that I have two secured loans.

Mortgage (up to date)

Truck (not up to date)

I have a Home equity loan for around $35 thousand that is not listed as secured.

Does this mean that it is thrown in with all my other unsecured debt ? I ask because when it shows the balance of unsecured debt it includes the amount of the equity loan.

And one last question I have not been keeping up with my truck payments and they have not tried to come get it. Four months behind.

Any answers would be great !!

where you doing a lien strip on it?? is the lender showing on your list of creditors?? if yes then yes.. it has been thrown into the pot with all the other non secured! .
With your truck question.. from what I have read on these boards... if the payment is coming out of the "plan" then you should be ok.... trustee is supposed to be making some type of payment on it... so a search.. I just saw this question asked a few days ago!
