Has or does anyone know if you filed a 13 but can't make the paymnts to chapter 13 trustee and then turn it into to a 7 and still behind on house pmnts do you know if you can still keep the house. I been trying to get a loan mod but the banks kept giving excuses. my head is killing me and one can help with any sugestions???

The short answer is "no", especially if you've already converted it into Ch. 7
One must be current on their mortgage in Ch. 7 - I don't know any way of getting around it.
In Ch.13 you could try to work something out with the trustee and include late payments into the plan, thus raising the monthly payments, but trustee would have to approve of the whole thing.
