    Thank you for this information! Would there be a waiting period to file the Chapter 7 if we dismiss the Chapter 13 later on?

    Yeah the credit thing doesn't really bother me, his credit is so screwed up anyway and we have been cash only for the last 2 years and trying to clean up this mess! We will never have credit cards again, if we can't pay cash then we don't need it!
