any website to track chp13 status? anyone know?

Just wondering, are there any website that you can visit to personally track your chp13 status like check if payments received by trustee, if any creditors objected with you plan, etc and all these info/details? Do you need to have your specific case#? If so, can someone help share a website? I'm in CA. thanks in advance..

Well to see information/documents in your case you would get those from PACER. It would show everything you are asking except for payments, etc. Payments would use the other link your Trustee uses like the post from free2breathe provided. Here are some helpful links regarding PACER though:

As for looking/keeping track of payments, etc., there are a couple, and it depends on the specific trustee as to which (or both) that they use. Go to the trustee website and look for links...that should tell you which one they use.

hey guys, so I got this letter about my 341 and seemed my trustee is using PACER.. Now, please advise me how to subscribe/register in order to track my case status online including when payments received, all docs/ info. Also, please tell me what info would I need(i.e case#, permission from trustee,/atty?, etc) and if it will cost me $$ to do so. I apreciate the lending hand..

There is a sticky over in the CH7 forum (I think) which is the grand and glorious guide to PACER.

As an aside, PACER is for court documents, NOT for payment information...for that, you will need to go to the 13 data center/NDC site.

Pacer won't tell you anything about payments received or disbursements. I'm in Eastern Dist of CA and my trustee uses 13datacenter.com

There are two websites that Ch 13 filers can use to track payments, trustee disbursements, and other Ch 13 case information - 13Network and the Chapter 13 National Data Center (aka 13DataCenter).

13Network - http://www.13network.com/ . Look for the state you filed in and see if your trustee is listed. If his/her name is there, click it. There is usually a link there that connects you to your case. Some trustees require you to apply to their office to get a username and password - you'll find out if yours is one of those during the access process.

Ch 13 National Data Center - https://www.13datacenter.com/data/home_debtors.asp . Click the Started Now button to get a username and password.

Both websites track much of the same Ch 13 case information - it's just organized differently on each website.

Don't get worried if all of the information on your case is not correct on 13datacenter. Not all trustees keep everything up to date. The receipt of your payments and the disbursements to creditors should be accurate, both other things may not be. For example, it shows all of my unsecured creditors are being paid 100% which is far from true.

Pacer will give you a full accounting after your case closes, but no running balance before then.

Hi, Glad I saw this. I just started with the 13datacenter.com a couple of days ago, and mine said the same thing about creditors being paid 100%. That sure would be totally impossible for me :-)
