Hi everyone!! Just sitting here ( bored) and thought...hmm think I will go to the trustee 13 webpage and see how things are going. We have 25 more months according to our plan. We are at 100 percent payback and pay $1866 a month. However, I wrote down the balances on everyone who filed a claim and we owe roughly $26,000. Ok, here is my questions...at $1866 a month, I figure we can be paid off with these accounts in 15 more months. Did I figure it right?? Could the light at the end of the tunnel be here sooner??? Alot of these are unsecured debts but I figured them in anyway. Plus one is a student loan for around $9,000. I remember the trustee saying that I would have continue paying that after we were done. Has anyone else been surprised and had their Chapter 13 end early?? If it does.. what happens? Do we get a call from the attorney or a letter from the trustee? Thanks!!
