    Trustees and BK lawyers

The reason I chose my current BK lawyer was because of his experiences with the trustee. He KNOWS the trustee and knows what will fly. He told me that he gets over 95% of his cases through without objection. The ones that are objected to he takes to court and wins. Numbers, arguments, discussions, complexity take second seat to the fact that your lawyer KNOWS the trustee. Just my experience here in S. FL.

When one goes for his consultations, this is an important matter to discuss. Let it be the first one. Second one is to discuss the complexities of one's case. Then decide. Fees here are pretty uniform, so not really an issue. Completion of paperwork is standard too. So, the only differences are: the lawyer's knowledge of the trustee and his willingness to aggressively pursue your case.

could NOT agree with you more...

first we didn't want a loud mouth say everything but no nothing atty....secondly...actually one of the MOST important questions i asked ...was...what is your experience with the district courts...do you have solid relationships with the local trustee's in the area...

now...really when posed that question many atty's will just but their back up...but the one we hired simply replied with yes, we have worked with them and know them all...we know this one is a bit "nicer" than that one...we have worked hand and hand on many occasion...HIRED!!!
