We located a vehicle and should be finalizing the deal hopefully tomorrow. Question...they can either go 36 months or 45 months. The 36 months is about $485 a month, and the 45 months will be about $400. I just have to let the atty know which route we're going. Is there any advantage to either one when we're preparing to file a 13? Looks like we're going to be a 100% unsecured regardless...
