How many of you got to include your attorney fees in your Ch 13 plan?

I paid $4k up front and then 6k within the plan. Problem is, that if you end up needing a new lawyer once you've filed (like if you find out your lawyer isn't doing a good job), because it it post-petition, the new guy probably won't include his payment in the plan....so your out the full amount to the old lawyer and have to up with cash which of course you can' t afford because now you are on a budget.

Heh. Well, answers all over the board! We paid $250 retainer, and the additional $2750 is due when we file, along with the $274 filing fee for the courts.
