    Lien strip was....APPROVED!!!

    Yay! I am so happy I could just scream, but got email from attorney that the 2nd lien holder is not fighting back & have proceeded with the lien strip upon us completing the CH13! That is the best news I have gotten in a long time; so now hopefully we are on to confirmation....one gigantic step down! Whoo hoo!

            Soooo happy for you! We are the beginning of this process. Appraisal being done on Monday
            Retained atty 3/2010. Filed Chapter 13 on 1/2013.

              Oh, congrats! Ours is in about 6 weeks and I'm PRAYING our appraisal comes in lower than our first so we can strip the 2nd!!
