i have joint owned house that my ex wife and son live in. the divorce decree says the ex has to pay the first mortgage and i have to pay the second mortgage. and my responsability for the second is listed as support and maintance and says it is not dicharageble in bankruptcy. my ? is how will this play out if i file chapter 13. my new wife and i also have a first and second mortgage together no other secured debt but 84,000 in unsecured debt. someone please. help thanks.

You'll have to include the 2nd mortgage that is ordered by your civil judge just the same as if it was child support. You'll be ok with trustee with it, because as far as I know they can't overturn what you are ordered to pay.
