Have a 2004 examination coming up. Does anyone have any experienecs to share as what to expect, how long do they last, etc? I know it is under oath, but is the trustee there too, or who "moderates" this, or decides what questions are allowable? Creditor is trying to have there debt classified as non-dischargable. I am told that even if this happens, a settlement is usually made with the creditor before the plan is finally confirmed. It's just another bargining chip for them in the negotiations. Does that sound correct, anyone with any similar experiences?
