Motion to Incur debt for car and student loans

We are submitting paperwork to our attorney to incur debt to purchase a vehicle. The attorney's office said it would take 40 days (hopefully our car lasts that long). I planned on taking more classes next semester and may need student loans. The direct loan program stated I need a letter from the trustee to incur debt. I was wondering if I can have my attorney file a motion for the car and student loans at the same time. I have left a voice mail for the attorney's office no response. Has anyone ever combined motions to incur debt?

    Thanks

Yes, he can include both in the Motion. However, the ONLY way the student loan one will be approved is if the student loans are guaranteed not to go into repayment during the life of the chapter 13 plan.
