Filed chpter 13 - question on addtl atty fees
We filed for chapter 13 last week. Will have a 341 meeting in october with the trustee. My question is this....in the contract with our attorney....there can be additional fees that could be charged.... Such as preparation and filing of a mortion for moratorium ...as well as a list of other additional services...which are too numerous to list.
Question: In the event that this should ever happen going forward....how does that effect our payment plan??? I.e. ....we are on a 100% payback plan....and in the event something like addtl atty fees should come...how does the trustee look at this??? We are tight on money as it is. Thanks!
