341 meeting and no valid drivers license
I was just informed that i need to bring a valid id. My birthday was wednesday and it expired. My 341 is scheduled for next week and my DMV appointment isnt until the end of the month. If i go in sooner for a temp id will the courts accept that? If not and i have to postpone how far out will it be. The california DMV website states it can take up to 60 days to receive a new id. I am so nervous and scared and dont know what to do.

Do you have another form of government issued photo ID such as a passport? Also, I am not sure that you are SOL now that the license has expired. It is still a form of government issued ID but is just not valid for driving purposes. Call your attorney or, if you do not have one, call the Trustee to find out if the license will work.
