Well a few weeks ago I got a letter from the attoreny's office saying the trustee had 90 days to complete the audit which they stated would be Aug 17. He said at that time if nothing happens he will file a motion for having my wage attachments to be stopped. Well I just recieved another letter and now it says the trustee has 120 days to complete the audit.Call back in the middle of September.Seems never ending.

I would love to hear from someone who actually has gotten their discharge from the Western PA Trustee for a chapter 13 recently? Anyone? -

Well atleast they are still paying on mortgage. I thinlk everything else has been paid to the perctage owed back. My mortgage is the only 100% payback.I guess it could be worse.Comment
