    Ready to file this week

My case worker sends me a e-mail to print out my petition and sign and mail back to her. I didn't even look until my printer started smoking 67 pages worth of who knows what would take me a week to read it. Is this the norm?

Mine was 41 pages. Sounds like you have some reading to do!
    LadyInTheRed is in the black!
Filed Chap 13 April 2010. Discharged May 2015.
$143,000 in debt discharged for $36,500, including attorneys fees. Money well spent!

Mine was over 50 pages. You need to read each page carefully and ensure everything is correct. My paperwork, specifically the b22c was incorrect and resulted in an extremely high payment. It was only after it was filed that we found the mistake.

Now I'll have to pay for amended paperwork, etc....
