What does it mean if a creditor files a motion?

If a creditor files a motion does this mean that he is opposing release of the debt. If this happens is there a way around it? Also how often does it happen. I'm looking at filing a 13.

It depends on what kind of motion it is.

It depends on what their grounds for the motion are.
Pay no attention to anything I post. I graduated last in my class from a fly-by-night law school that no longer exists; I never studied or went to class; and I only post on internet forums when I'm too drunk to crawl away from the computer.
