There are two unsecured creditors who want to object to my ex-s motion to sell my home to his friend. I am also objecting, so in this case, the unsecured creditors are 'helping' my cause.Neither have attorneys.
1. So is there a form that pro se objectors must use, or may they object using standard legalese formatting?
2. Objections due by this Monday. Can they mail the objection postmarked by Monday or must it be rec'd by Monday? Is there another way to file it other than in person as one is out of state?
