Our 341 is scheduled for next month. Our lawyer says that the trustee will definitely object to an inheritence I will be getting. Due to lack of cooperation from my brothers, I wont have any documentation to provide the trustee with. My question is if the trustee objects, is that the end of my Chap 13? Or will he give me time to try and take care of it?

i would contact the probate attorney which handled the estate for the information ....more than likely that firm would be able to provide you the documents you need.8/4/2008
