Checking Account - Payment to Trustee

Found out that my trustee will accept payment by check. The only checking account I have and use is my husband's business account in which they are full aware of. Would it be okay for me to use that account's check for the payment?

You need to verify this. Normally personal checks are not accepted due to the possibility that they will bounce. If your Trustee is going to accept a personal check, be it from your personal account or your business account, you better get it in writing.

yes they do, they say if it bounces, they won't take another one from you! I guess I need to ask my attorney to find out. I don't have a personal checking account, payday loan mess!
